180 is not 150

On Thursday, before leaving for Bristol, I made a lemon tart with the usual recipe (filling: 4 eggs plus one yolk, 150g of sugar, 2-3 lemons) and did not set the temperature right on the oven, letting the standard 180C instead of the lower 150C. Surprisingly, this completely ruined the tart! The filling cooked in about twenty minutes and did not taste anything, the lemon flavour entirely gone…
