Lt. Blueberry

Jean Giraud, alias Gir, alias Moebius, died this Saturday. He was the author of the Wild West series Blueberry (I started reading more than 40 years ago), as well as of the Sci’Fi’ series of the Incal, plus numerous other graphical novels. He was a terrific artist, besides a great story-teller. (Btw it is quite interesting to follow the ideological evolution of the Wild West series Blueberry where Indians moved from aggressors to victims…)

    Today’s Libération had “Moebius la bande decimée” as its main title.
