  1. But isn’t graphical depiction a form of analysis? After all, presumably the data points are discrete, and even the simple act of connecting them, whether explicitly or because there are so many, and they are well behaved, they look like continuity.

    So, while I get the spirit of matching the analysis to the character of the data and the purpose of investigation, the demonstration isn’t quite devoid of “statistics”?

    Or was that one of your points?
